Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
1. Current Shipping Delays & Order Processing:
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by a slight delay in shipping. To better serve you, we are currently relocating our warehouse to expand our inventory and improve our services.
All orders will be shipped in the order of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details, and you can check the status of your order at any time in your account.

2. Delivery Time:
  •  Processing Time: 3-5 business days.
  •  Shipping Time: 12-20 days.
  •  Estimated Delivery: 15-25 days after order placement.
3. Shipping Charges:
  • Free shipping on orders over $59.
  • Orders under $59 are charged $9.99.
4. Additional Notes on Special Cases:
  • Some products with larger stock will arrive within 5-10 days. These products will be clearly marked on both the checkout page and the order page.
  • Some products may require an additional 5-8 days for preparation.

A  Few Things to Note: 

1.We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

2. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

3. Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.

4. Please allow 30 days for the production of custom dresses.

5. If your package is delayed by 1 to 3 days beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us promptly.

6. Please note that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been successfully placed. However, before your order ships, we will do our best to help you revise your shipping address. Therefore, please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us first, and we will be happy to help you solve the matter.

7.After your order ships, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order on the website with the tracking number provided.

Customs Duties
Your final checkout total includes everythingno additional fees will be charged later. There are no fees at delivery, and you will never be asked to pay tariffs or extra charges before or after your package arrives.
